Philosophy

Philosophy

of LCE USA

To provide young people valuable opportunities which participants cannot create on their own.
To help them find their own unique “way of living” and “way of working” for their future.
To create and offer environments where they could encounter people/companies/schools and interact with diverse values and new perspectives.
Finally, to encourage them to recognize their new potentials and thrive to take next steps with confidence.

"I've been at Yukon Elementary for 21 years now as the School Staff Assistant.

I have been hosting LCE USA students since about 2013.

It's been a good experience for me as well as I hope for my guests.

I think the students really enjoy the interaction with the little children and the teachers.

The Yukon staff is happy to have the students and will engage in conversations during our lunch time on occasion."
